We preferably rent whole weeks, with inputs and outputs on the we (Saturday or Sunday).

SECURITY DEPOSIT

€ 200 - Garden Suite
€ 250 - Garden Plus Suite
€ 300 - Sea View Suite

The amount of the security deposit must be paid before the start of the stay and will be returned upon check out, as soon as the condition of the apartment has been checked.
If damage to fabrics or objects is found, the entire amount, or part of it, will be withheld as compensation for the damage caused, in proportion to the amount of the expense to be incurred.

PROHIBITIONS

It is not allowed to organize parties, events, nor to engage in harassing behavior for the neighborhood.
It is not allowed to host additional people with respect to what has been agreed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, it is only possible in the outdoor areas.

ANIMALS
Small pets allowed.
Expected cleaning supplement of € 50 per week.
